It seems like big things are happening at the house every week. This week all the interior framework was completed. Now the house is feeling like it has rooms and a flow to it.
Watching contractors work inside the house is funny. they walk between the joists. One day an electrician was coming over to point something out and he walked between the studs and I told him to use the door. We had a chuckle.
The other thing that strikes me is just how many 2 x 4s and 2 x 6s it takes to build a house.
This is the dinette. There is a lot of light coming in so pictures toward windows always seem dark. I’ll have to figure out the photographer’s trick to dealing with that.
